It is your personal responsibility to verify that accessing and using baj999 is lawful in your jurisdiction. baj999 makes no representation that its services are legal in all areas. Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited use the platform entirely at their own risk.
Each individual may hold only one baj999 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, CNIC, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions detailed in the applicable promotional terms. Attempting to abuse bonus structures will result in cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your baj999 login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether authorised by you — is your responsibility. Notify baj999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
baj999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where a breach of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation. Verified breaches may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance derived from violating activity.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
By completing the baj999 registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox, logging in to an existing Account, or placing any Wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
3.1 Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an Account or place any Wager. baj999 conducts age verification at registration and reserves the right to conduct additional KYC verification at any time, including requesting a copy of your CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identity document.
3.2 Jurisdiction. Use of the Platform is intended only for individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is lawful. By registering, you represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you. baj999 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where it is restricted or prohibited.
3.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number or email address, and any other information baj999 requests. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 Single Account. Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. Registration of duplicate Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all duplicate Accounts and potential forfeiture of associated balances.
4.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for the security of your baj999 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party.
4.2 Account Activity. All activity conducted from your Account — regardless of whether you personally authorised it — is your responsibility. baj999 shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.3 Account Currency. baj999 Accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are denominated in PKR unless otherwise stated.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. baj999 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of up to PKR 500 per month to dormant Accounts after providing reasonable notice. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.
5.1 Accepted Methods. baj999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. baj999 will reject and return deposits identified as originating from unverified or third-party sources.
5.3 Withdrawal Verification. Before processing a withdrawal, baj999 requires completed KYC verification. This includes submission of a valid CNIC or passport and a recent selfie. baj999 processes verified withdrawals within the timeframes stated on the Cashier page, which are subject to change.
5.4 Minimum & Maximum Limits. Deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account. baj999 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion.
5.5 Suspected Fraud. baj999 may delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation if it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any breach of these Terms. During any such investigation, the relevant Account may be suspended.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. baj999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to Wagers placed on events where a manifest error in odds has occurred.
6.2 Manifest Errors. Where a Wager is accepted as a result of a manifest pricing or technical error, baj999 reserves the right to void that Wager. Notification will be sent to the affected Account holder.
6.3 Integrity. Wagers suspected of being placed in connection with match-fixing, cheating, collusion, or any other form of sporting or gaming fraud will be voided. Associated Accounts may be suspended and relevant information shared with appropriate authorities.
6.4 Game Rules. Each Casino game and sportsbook market is governed by specific rules accessible within the game interface or betting slip. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly address the conflicting point.
6.5 Winnings. Winnings are credited to your baj999 Account balance upon settlement of the relevant event or game round. Settled results are final and not subject to change except in cases of manifest error or integrity investigation.
7.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers are available to eligible registered Users in accordance with the specific terms of each promotion. baj999 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable multiplier, qualifying games, and time limits are stated in each offer's promotional terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the specified period will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
7.3 Abuse. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including but not limited to use of multiple accounts, coordinated play with other users, or the use of automated software — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of all bonuses and suspension of the Account.
7.4 Modifications. baj999 may amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes will not affect Wagers already settled or bonuses already released to an Account balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the baj999 Platform:
baj999 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action — including Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement — in respect of any prohibited conduct.
All content on the baj999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and database compilations — is the intellectual property of baj999 or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any Platform content without baj999's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of baj999 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.
10.1 The baj999 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baj999 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied.
10.2 baj999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: interruption or unavailability of the Platform; errors in game outcomes caused by technical faults; delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers; or your failure to comply with these Terms.
10.3 In no event shall baj999's aggregate liability to any User exceed the amount of real-money deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data are governed by the baj999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy. baj999 processes personal data only as necessary to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud and money laundering.
baj999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, all accessible from the Account settings dashboard. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease use of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which baj999 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be submitted to baj999 customer support for good-faith resolution. If resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, disputes may be referred to arbitration in accordance with baj999's dispute resolution procedure published on the Platform.
baj999's decision on matters of game fairness, bonus eligibility, account verification, and related operational questions shall be final and binding unless demonstrably contrary to these Terms.
